Apprenticeship Program

Tooling Dynamics’ 10,000-hour state-approved Tool & Die Apprenticeship Program gives our employees an opportunity to develop their talents and grow within the company. We have 4 apprentices in the program at all times. Training involves wire machine basics, die building, development, precision grinding, milling, maintenance, and Swiss screw machine basics. The hands-on, 5-year course requires a minimum of 144 hours per year in the classroom.

Upon graduation, apprentices join our growing staff of more than 40 toolmakers and are fully prepared to handle the most demanding jobs in the industry.
